How to submit a Salesforce case?

If you experience issues with or have questions about Salesforce functionality that is not part of our app, you need to submit a case with Salesforce Support. You can do this via the Help & Training portal, which you can open when you're logged in to your Salesforce org (it can be found on the top right corner). You'll then be redirected to https://help.salesforce.com/supportandservices and on this page you can create a case.
