How to submit a Salesforce case?


If you experience issues with or have questions about Salesforce functionality that is not part of our app, you need to submit a case with Salesforce Support. You can do this via the Help & Training portal, which you can open when you're logged in to your Salesforce org (it can be found on the top right corner). You'll then be redirected to and on this page you can create a case.



Please be advised that we don't support standard Salesforce functionalities that are not part of our app.
