Resolved: Disruption Textkernel Search (December 9th 2016

The disruption has been resolved. The statement we received from Textkernel:
Following our previous communication, we're happy to inform you that the Search! and Match! service in Europe has been restored. We will now investigate the cause of the issue and will take measures to prevent this from happening again.
Once more, we apologise for the inconvenience.
Since 19h30 last night, Textkernel Search is experiencing problems.

What will you notice

For some customers the Textkernel search tab may show an error.

For customers where the Textkernel search tab does work, the index may not be updated. 


The cause of the problems is not clear at this point.


Textkernel is currently working to solve the problems.
