Resolved: Disruption document server (October 2, 2016)


Currently our document server is not working, which causes an error when converting a CV to PDF to show in the document preview. Parsing and extract on the application form, in the candidate wizard and dropzone are working fine.

We are working hard to fix this issue and will update this article as soon as we know more. Apologies for the inconvenience. 

Update 11:50: We expect this issue to be resolved within 30 minutes.

Update 14:00: The permanent fix took a bit longer than expected, but the document server is now fully operational again.
