There is currently a service disruption at Textkernel which results in CV Parsing and Extract not working. This means that CV's cannot be extracted on the application form, in the candidate wizard and via the dropzone in the application. It also affects the searchability of new candidates in Textkernel Search. Textkernel is working on it and as soon as this has been fixed we will inform you.
Update 29/9/2016 10:30: Textkernel has just informed us that they expect the disruption to be resolved within the hour.
Update 29/9/2016 11:30: Extract is fully operational again, but some minor issues (for persistent customers) still have to be resolved. Textkernel expects this to be resolved within 90 minutes.
Update 29/9/2016 14:00: The issue with access to the original documents for persistence customers is still being worked on and is taking longer than expected. However, the documents can be viewed as structured data. All other issues have been resolved.
Update 3/10/2016 16:00: The remaining issue for persistance customers has now also been resolved. All the uploaded original documents have been restored and should now be accessible.
Update 4/10/2016 16:30: The disruption has unfortunately not been resolved permanently and has just resurfaced again. We will keep you updated and apologize for the inconvenience.
Update 4/10/2016 17:00: Extract is fully operational again
