This article shows the use of the "special" merge items. On which page to use, and what these do.

document.letter	Create step	Gives back a public URL to the motivation letter of the job application. Works only for single step email
document.profile	Create step	Gives back a public URL to the Generated CV (PDF) of the job application. Works only for single step email
document.extra_document_1	Create step	Gives back a public URL to the extra document 1 of the job application. Works only for single step email
document.extra_document_2	Create step	Gives back a public URL to the extra document 2 of the job application. Works only for single step email
interview.date	Create step	Gives back the value for the interview date field on the step object. The date is displayed without timestamp.
interview.time	Create step	Gives back the value (time) for the interview date field on the step object. The time is displayed without the date.
interview.interviewers	Create step	Gives back the name / names of the two interviewer fields on the step object. In case there are two interviewers, the format "interviewer1 and interviewer2"
interview.location	interview.location	Gives back the value of the Interview location field on the Step object

link.activation	Register for jobalert	Gives back the activation link url for a job alert. This URL should be used when you are not using a deeplink setup.
link.approve	Register as a supplier on the supplier portal	Gives back the URL that can be sent to the admin to approve the new supplier user on the supplier portal.
link.disapprove	Register as a supplier on the supplier portal	Gives back the URL that can be sent to the admin to disapprove the new supplier user on the supplier portal.

recipient.salutation	Most pages where an email is sent	Gives back the value of the field "Email salutation" for either the candidate or the contact that receives the email. The salutations is dependant on the language and the gender and the formal/informal preference.

special.password	Activate new user on the supplier portal Forgot password	Gives back the temporary password of the (new) user on the supplier portal
special.othernames	Activate new user on the supplier user	Gives back the user name that disapproved the new user getting access to the supplier portal
special.reason	Approve new user on the supplier portal	Gives back the reason why a user was not gives access to the supplier portal
special.organization	Different situations on the supplier portal	Gives back the name of the organization of the supplier user
special.contactname	Register as a user on the supplier portal	Gives back the name of the person that registers to be a user on the supplier portal.
special.contactemail	Register as a user on the supplier portal	Gives back the email address of the person that registers to be a user on the supplier portal.
special.contactaccount	Register as a user on the supplier portal	Gives back the company name of the person that registers to be a user on the supplier portal.
special.contactcoc	Register as a user on the supplier portal	Gives back the chamber of commerce number of the company name of person that registers to be a user on the supplier portal.
special.candidatefullnames	Create step	Gives back a list of candidate names that is sent to the contact. Usually this is used to display the candidate name which are shared with the hiringmanager.
