Record-level security
Record-level security lets you give users access to some object records, but not others. As with most applications, data access begins with a user. The application needs to know who you are before it provides access. For Salesforce, there are different types of users and, sometimes, the level of access is different by type. Instead of reviewing every attribute of every license type, we’re going to focus on those interesting attributes that have significant impact on data access.
