There is currently a service disruption at Textkernel which results in CV Parsing (Extract) and Search not working.
This means that CV's cannot be extracted on the application form, in the candidate wizard and via the dropzone in the application.
Furthermore, Textkernel Candidate Search and Textkernel Job Search are down.
Textkernel is working on it and as soon as this has been fixed we will inform you.

Both functionalities seem to be working again, but might be unstable.

Textkernel just confirmed that the issues are resolved and that everything should work as expected.
