(Resolved) Disruption: CV parser not working (29-06-2017)


There is currently a service disruption at Textkernel which results in the CV Parser being slow or even not working.

This means that extracting CV's on the application form, in the candidate wizard and via the dropzone in the application might lead to an IO Timeout exception error. 

Textkernel is working on it and as soon as it is resolved we will inform you.

    Textkernel just informed us that the disruption is resolved. CV Extract should be up and running again.

    Textkernel parser is having troubles again. Our supplier Textkernel is aware of this and is working on resolving it asap.
